And through the Marine Society, one of the UK's oldest seafaring charities, we also provide vital education and financial support for professional seafarers – who might otherwise miss out on these opportunities, due to their working lifestyle.
We further enhance the wellbeing of those at sea by providing the Ship’s Library Service – a valuable and popular reading resource.
We have three schemes to keep you in touch with our work - Membership and Membership Plus which are run on an Annual basis and Life Membership. Payment can be made by cheque or credit card although it is greatly appreciated if a Standing Order is established to reduce overall administration costs, thus making your donation go so much further.
